FlushWars (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the FlushWars mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

• Email address or phone number (optional, for account recovery only)
• Bathroom activity logs (poop and pee counts)

Automatically collected:

• Usage data (how you interact with the app)
• Device information

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the app
• To allow you to compete with friends
• To recover your account if you forget your PIN
• To improve the app based on usage patterns

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore). We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page within the app.

Children’s Privacy

FlushWars is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Third Party Services

We use Google Firebase for data storage and analytics. Google’s privacy policy applies to data processed through Firebase: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and all data
• Correct inaccurate data
